**Rebels FC Designed Gear Return Policy**
We strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. However, there may be instances where you need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.
**Non-Returnable Items**
Please note that customized items are not eligible for return. Once an item has been customized according to your specifications, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
**Return Process**
For non-customized items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact@rebelsfcgear.com](mailto:contact@rebelsfcgear.com). They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your purchase.
**Refunds**
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
**Exceptions**
In certain cases, we may accept returns beyond the 30-day window or for customized items. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
